One of China's earliest high railway bridges, the Danhe Railway Bridge is a concrete arch with a main span of 88 meters completed in 1959 on the Taijiao line in Henan Province.

The 145 meter long structure has approach spans of 12 meters. The main arch is composed of two ribs with a center to center distance of 3.3 meters. The main span of 88 meters has a rise of 21 meters.
