Maoping Bridge Yilai is one of several large concrete cantilevered beam bridges on the Wufeng to Hefeng Expressway.

Located just to the east is the Yanjiaping cantilevered beam bridge. Further west in Hefeng is the giant Yunnanzhuang arch-beam hybrid bridge and the 310 meter high Loushuihe arch bridge.

The east end of the expressway eventually joins with the G69 Expressway in Yuyangguanzhen, Hubei.
