One of the 10 longest suspension bridge spans in the world, the Lingdingyang Bridge is part of the giant Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge and tunnel project that crosses the Pearl River Delta 33 kilometers north of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge.
The giant Lingdingyang suspension bridge is one of the highest ocean level port crossings in the world with a steel box deck that rises 90 meters above the water. The 8-lane roadway is also the widest long span suspension bridge in the world.
