Located 12 kilometers east of Changwu, Shaanxi on the G70 Fuyin Expressway, the Chaoyanggou Bridge crosses a deep gash between two mesas in China's arid Shaanxi Province. The 4-lane expressway provides an inter-provincial road corridor from Yinchuan to Wuhan and the border of Shaanxi and Gansu Provinces. The central span configuration is 55+ 4x 100+ 55 meters with 6x 30 meter approach spans. The left and right viaducts have a total length of 668 and 698 meters.
