Located near the city of the same name in northwestern Guizhou Province, the giant Hezhang Bridge will be one for the record books when it is completed in 2013 with a central pier 195 meters high from base to cap. Only the Millau Viaduct and Mexico's under San Marcos bridge will have taller piers.
