The Huatianhe Bridge is located along the Nandao expressway that connects Nanchuan, Chongqing with Daozhen, Guizhou. Cutting across a short but deep gorge, the bridge has no approach spans but still manages to reach a height of 145 meters on piers 98 meters tall.
