Huluhe Bridge
葫芦河大桥
Huangling, Shaanxi, China
500 feet high / 152 meters high
525 foot span / 160 meter span
2006

The G65 Baomao expressway has some of Shaanxi Province's earliest high bridges having opened to traffic in 2006. Overshadowed by its slightly taller neighbor to the north over the Luo River, the Huluhe Bridge is nearly impressive with that same main span configuration of 3x160 meters. The 4 tallest piers are 80, 130, 138 and 58 meters. The approach spans are 6x50 meters and 10x50 meters. The entire structure required 12,000 cubic meters of concrete, 12,000 tons of steel and 2,000 tons of steel cable.
