Lengshuihe Bridge is the second highest of several high beam spans on the north-south expressway between Liupanshui and Hezhang. The large 180 meter main span sits atop piers reportedly as tall as 135 meters. Soon after it was completed a downstream dam was also completed, inundating some of the valley below the bridge crossing.
About 10 kilometers to the south is the even higher and larger Gaofengba Bridge.
