One of Italy’s earliest and highest viaducts, the Viadotto Guerrieri or Modica Viaduct was completed in 1968 with a parade of 394 foot (120 mtr) tall, closely spaced piers connected by simple, prestressed concrete deck spans. The height of the bridge may be greater but I have yet to find accurate information. Just 2 miles (3.2 kms) west of Guerrieri is the Viadotto Irminio, the highest bridge on the entire island of Sicily.
