Snaking along the vertical cliffs of the Shimen River gorge is the spectacular Shimenguan Glass Cliffwalk. Completed around 2016, the glass walkway dead ends at a platform that cantilevers out around 20 feet from the cliff wall. Along the route is another platform with a man-made waterfall that falls around the edge of the platform.
The Shimenguan Glass Cliffwalk is within an hour's drive from the famous Yunnan tourist city of Dali and Erhai Lake.
