The Yangshuihe Bridge is on the eastern end of the Kaiyang to Xifeng expressway that intersects with the G75 expressway before continuing west towards the city of Xingyi in Guizhou Province.

The deep gorge of the Yangshui River was crossed by a large main span of 230 meters that ranks among the 10 highest beam bridges in the world. The 890 meter long structure has a span configuration of 2x40 +122+230+122 +8x40 meters. The bridge is located at kilometer 23.
