Wujiang Route S204 Bridge
Wujiang Route S204 Bridge
乌江河大桥
Dawujiangzhen, Guizhou, China
328 feet high / 100 meters high
(525) foot span / (160) meter span
2007
The Wujiang River has more bridges across it that are over 100 meters high then any other waterway in the world. The Route S204 bridge is a fairly ordinary looking beam span not like dozens of other crossings in Western China but the scenic location more then makes up for this with the deep blue waters of the giant Wu River flowing through a tree-filled mountain landscape of cascading waterfalls and cliffs.
Several kilometers to the west is the similar sized 2-lane Goupitan Dam Bridge.
