Laviano Footbridge
Ponte Tibetano Laviano
Laviano, Campania, Italy
(262) feet high / (80) meters high
295 foot span / 90 meter span
2015
One of several high "Tibetano"-style footbridges in Italy, the Ponte Laviano is part of an ancient castle within the Campania region.
The narrow, main span of 90 meters traverses a deep crevasse reported to be 80 meters high, allowing easy access to the hillside fortress.
