Elipo is the highest and most beautiful of 4 nearly back to back high beam bridges just north of Jishou City where the G65 expressway junctions with the Yongshun expressway. Most of these bridges are overshadowed by the giant Aizhai Bridge just 10 kilometers to the west. The 3 other big beam bridges nearby include Tonghe, Shijiazhai and Zhuangjiapo Bridges.

The Elipo Bridge has a main span configuration of 55+100+55 meters.
