One of Japan’s highest reservoir bridges, the Miyagase beam bridge is a prestressed crossing with a central span of 150 meters and side spans of 46 meters and 49 meters. When the lake is full the deck is just 14 meters above the water. Opened in 1988, the bridge is located in Aiko, Kanagawa prefecture.

Also across Miyagase Lake is the Nijino Bridge with a deck height of almost 120 meters.

Between these two lake crossings is the tourist Mizunogodaitsuri Footbridge with a giant main span of 315 meters.
