Shangtou Bridge is a medium sized beam bridge on the east-west G309 Expressway that connects Qingyang and Heshui in Gansu Province. The crossing is located just east of downtown Xihuachizhen at Km20.

Several kilometers further west on the same route is Liuhe Bridge, Northern China's largest high level extradosed bridge. The soaring 2,208 meter long structure has an epic span configuration of 125+5x230+125 meters on six giant piers as tall as 178 meters.
