Pulu Bridge is located on the east end of the six lane G326 Bijie South Ring Expressway crossing over a wide farming valley with piers as tall as 95 meters. The region has a large concentration of high bridges around the Bijie Airport.
The nearby Dafang Bridge is the highest span on the expressway at 193 meters and a main concrete arch span of 220 meters.
