Jishou, Hunan, China
289 feet high / 88 meters high
131 foot span / 40 meter span
2012
Zhuangjiapo is one of 4 nearly back to back high beam bridges just north of Jishou City where the G65 expressway junctions with the Yongshun expressway. Most of these bridges are overshadowed by the giant Aizhai Bridge just 10 kilometers to the west. The 3 other big beam bridges nearby include Tonghe, Shijiazhai and Elipo Bridges.
In 2017 both sides of the original 2012 Zhuangjiapo Bridge were widened to accommodate exit and entrance lanes for the new Yongshun expressway junction. The bridge has nine spans of 40 meters.
