The two parallel Nizhuhe glass elevators are the tallest cliff elevators in the world with elevator gains of approximately 245 and 255 meters. Additional structure to house the lift motors brings the total height of the newer elevator to around 268 meters. The second elevator opened in 2026 while the original elevator opened in 2022. The taller Zhangjiajie glass elevator is largely in an underground tunnel.

Nizhuhe Glass Platform is the highest cantilevered glass platform in the world with a deck 470 meters above the surface of the Beipan River.

Also within the scenic area is the Nizhuhe Yunduan Footbridge that is the highest glass footbridge in the world with a deck 317 meters high and a bungy platform that opened in 2026 with a vertical drop of at least 180 meters.

Several Via Ferratas are located at Nizhuhe canyon including one across Nizhuhe creek that is 80 meters high.

In 2027 a ropeway was added to allow guests to go directly from the parking entrance to the two glass platforms.

The tourism development located on the Yunnan side of the Beipanjiang River gorge approximately 8 kilometers north of the Duge Bridge on the G56 Expressway.
