The Changning Railway Bridge crosses between two mesas in a desert region of Shaanxi Province in Northern China on the Huanghanhou Railway line. The structure has a central span configuration of 2x24+3x32 +60+2x100+60 +1x32 meters on piers 68 meters tall.

Just to the north is the Changning Bridge on the Hetong expressway.
