Heizhulin bridge is located just west of Fuling on the new Fengfu & Fenshi Expressway in Chongqing Province that straddles the east side of the Yangtze River. The prestressed beam bridge has a total length of 599 meters composed of a span configuration of 4 × 40 + (80 +150 +80) +3 × 40 meters. The maximum pier height is 87 meters.
