The G75 was Guizhou's earliest high bridge expressway with many large beam spans opening along it between 2005 and 2006. The Laowangtian Bridge is among the least known crossing a tree-filled gorge that is difficult to access. The 4-lane route is heavily used and was the first major connection between Guiyang and Chongqing cities.
