Renhuai, Guizhou, China
(492) feet high / (150) meters high
(328) foot span / (100) meter span
2001-????
This dilapidated footbridge still stands 150 meters above the river with many of its woods planks gone. The flimsy structure was built for workers of the parallel truss arch bridge.
Loulu Bridge is one of the hidden gems of Guizhou Province. Lost in the mountains of Renhuai County, the small 100 meter truss-arch crosses a deep crevasse with vertical cliffs dropping nearly the full height of the Guanyinsi River gorge. The 9.5 meter wide bridge has a total length of 146 meters.
