Located midway along the new Tuxpan-Mexico City highway now under construction in Puebla state, the 351 foot (107 mtr) high Puente Sin Nombre will be one of three high bridges within the San Marcos River valley. Due for completion in 2012, Sin Nombre will be located just 4 miles (6 kms) south of the gigantic San Marcos river bridge with its towering 656 foot (200 mtr) piers. Nearby Puente Zoquita will also be high at 377 feet (115 mtrs). Sin Nombre will actually be the first of seven Sin Nombre bridges within the San Marcos river valley. None are as high as Sin Nombre I with Sin Nombre VII the lowest at 49 feet (15 mtrs). Puente Sin Nombre means Nameless Bridge.
