One of several large beam bridges on the G4215 Chengdu–Zunyi Expressway, Goupiwan Bridge is one of two small beam bridges with spans of 100 meters located within Renhuai City. Just to the south is the slightly higher Yanjiawan beam bridge.

The 4-lane Rongzun highway has several other large beam bridges including Tongzihe and Eralanghe which have piers that rank among the tallest in the world.
