The Mijiashan Bridge is one of about 10 high bridge spans within the Wuchuan city region in Northern Guizhou. The simple concrete arch is approximately 55 meters above the reservoir that has formed from a downstream dam along the Fengle River. Currently just 2 lanes wide, the bridge will likely be widened to 6 lanes in a few years.
The nearby Zhenzhu, Longtang, Jiutian, Longtanhe and Yangganghe Bridges all share a similar design and size.
